Mr. Koss is admitted to the Bar in Illinois and New York, and has more than twenty years of practicing law in the area of employee benefits (ERISA) and related matters. He is a storehouse of knowledge and information on the subjects in which employers and their in-house counsel need technical assistance.

Mr. Koss is well-versed by training and experience in the provisions and regulations of ERISA (the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974), FMLA (the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993), HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996), and COBRA (the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986).
